Continuous Improvement Facilitator
Jill is an excellent facilitator who exemplifies enthusiasm for her work. This enthusiasm is catchy and makes tedious work for a group fun. Jill has worked with such organizations as McDonald's, Applied Materials, the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), and the National Commission for Library and Information Sciences. Jill is a trained continuous improvement facilitator who can guide a team or task force through the necessary steps to resolve problems, redesign processes, or identify root causes. Jill is experienced in team dynamics, facilitation tools, and organizational analysis.
Jill's facilitation approach is participatory and interactive. She is trained in many organizational development principles and tools which make problem-solving more thorough and effective. What some groups take days to accomplish Jill can facilitate in a few hours. Jill is the president and founder of Cody Associates and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration.
